Our story of caring for people and place

Established in 2018, and anchored in our home of the Northern Rivers, we were born out of a belief in reciprocity - caring for and giving back to the community we’re a part of. We’re thrilled to share a short video of our journey and three of the not-for-profits we have had the joy of supporting; why we do what we do and how, along with our hope for the future of this region.

We believe that social and environmental wellbeing is intrinsically linked, and so we work collaboratively with the community to support grassroots not-for-profits to capacity build.

In collaboration with Stone & Wood and Lion, and with support from the wider community, we’ve contributed over $2.5 million back to the community over the past five years.

Human Nature Adventure Therapy, our inaugural multi-year partner, is a youth mental health not-for-profit providing tailored therapeutic support to vulnerable youth in the Northern Rivers region:

Multi year funding from the Ingrained Foundation is an amazing opportunity for us to solidify and grow… to have a multi year commitment makes a massive difference for us, were able to plan for the future, really consolidate the work were doing,” says Andy Hamilton, Founder.

Through such multi-year partnerships, and our yearly Grants Program that supports not-for-profits such as Shedding and Country as Teacher, we are able to contribute to a regenerative region with thriving communities for future generations.
