BACKYARD INVITATIONAL FESTIVAL IN BRISBANE RAISES $3,800 FOR 4ZZZ RADIO
With support from several Northern Rivers businesses, the InGrained Foundation donated $3,800 to Brisbane community radio station 4ZZZ through a silent auction and raffle held at the inaugural Stone & Wood Backyard Invitational Festival late last year.
Alongside Stone & Wood, 28 Degrees Byron Bay, Brookies Gin, Yeti and McTavish donated generously to the silent raffle, enjoyed by the 900 drinkers from the Brisbane community and surrounds who attended.
Queensland’s longest-running FM radio station and non-for-profit community broadcaster, 4ZZZ champions alternative music, news and culture, plus stories from the local, LGBITQIA+ and First Nations communities. Their team of paid and volunteer staff currently broadcast from Barry Parade in Fortitude Valley.
Part of Stone & Wood’s tenth anniversary celebrations, the Backyard Invitational Festival took place in what will become Stone & Wood’s Brisbane brewery in 2019, where local brewers and distillers united around good food and great drinks.
